₹25,000–35,000/month gross depending on qualification (ANM/GNM/B.Sc Nursing). Salary credited on the 1st of every month, no delays, no deductions without explanation.

Up to ₹2,000/month additional from Month 4. Criteria: patient satisfaction ≥4.0/5.0 and attendance ≥95%. Straightforward, transparent, achievable.
You are paid your full salary during the 10-day onboarding program. Training is not unpaid orientation — it's your first days of work, treated as such.
Two complete uniform sets, ID card, lanyard, and all clinical equipment. You arrive; we equip you. Nothing comes out of your salary.
The nurses who join the pilot are the first chapter of something much larger. Cluster Lead, Senior YORO Pro, Trainer, and Ops roles will be filled from within as we grow.
Eligible: GNM, ANM, B.Sc Nursing. Responsibilities include vitals monitoring (BP, SpO₂, temperature, glucose), wound care, injection administration, medication adherence support, and detailed health documentation for senior residents. Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred. Marathi fluency required; Hindi functional.
Responsibilities include daily living assistance, mobility and transfer support, bathing and personal hygiene, assisted feeding, companionship, and family communication. No nursing qualification required — but warmth, patience, and genuine love for elders is non-negotiable. Training provided. Marathi fluency required.
Overseeing the cluster: dispatch coordination, nurse scheduling, quality audits, family escalation handling, and pod management. Candidate profile: 3+ years in operations/healthcare administration. Experience in team management essential.
Building and managing relationships with residential communities across Pune for expansion. Conducting family onboarding conversations, co-ordinating with society management, and supporting subscription conversion. Background in community sales, healthcare outreach, or social work preferred. Excellent Marathi and Hindi required; English working proficiency.
