How fast can a caregiver arrive?
Our sub-10-minute SLA is structural. Because our caregivers are stationed inside your residential cluster, they walk to your door in minutes. Emergency SOS visits are dispatched immediately with zero-wait.
Can I change or reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can edit your visit details—like notes and duration—any time until the visit is completed. You can also reschedule the date and time as long as the caregiver hasn't been dispatched yet (Emergency visits cannot be rescheduled, only cancelled and rebooked).
Payments & Pricing
Do I need to pay in advance?
At the moment we allow customers to pay only after the visit is successfully completed. You will receive a WhatsApp summary containing the 15 logged health markers, followed by a payment link where you can pay via UPI or card.
What happens if a visit duration changes?
For one-off bookings, if a visit takes longer than expected, the invoice is automatically recalculated based on the actual duration. For recurring plans, duration edits are seamlessly updated across upcoming visits without disrupting your plan invoice.
Caregivers & Quality
Will it be the same caregiver every time?
Yes, we strive to provide the same caregiver whenever possible. Consistency is everything in senior care. If you choose a recurring plan (like the Weekly Plan), you get the same familiar face every day. Our caregivers are full-time employees, not gig workers, which ensures stability. In unforeseen circumstances where a replacement is needed to manage unavailability, we arrange proper handover ensuring continuity of care.
What if a caregiver is unavailable?
Our real-time scheduling engine immediately flags caregiver conflicts (due to other assignments or absences) when booking. In the rare event of an absence, we instantly arrange a competent replacement from your local cluster pod ensuring proper handover.
How does the 15-marker health monitoring work?
During every typical visit, caregivers systematically check details like Blood Pressure, SpO₂, medication adherence, and mood. This is at no extra cost, and the data builds a predictive health profile shared with you.
How do you select your caregivers?
We selectively hire qualified nurses and experienced attendants. Every candidate undergoes a rigorous multi-stage vetting process including face to face interviews to gauge clinical knowledge, practical skill assessments in consulation with doctors , and comprehensive background verify checks from third party vendor before joining the team.
Do your caregivers receive specialized training?
Yes. Beyond their clinical degrees, every employee must pass YORO Health's mandatory in-house geriatric training program. This covers empathy training, senior-specific emergency response, and operational training on our 15-marker longitudinal health monitoring system.
